10 Stars all the way!! I have had 3 family members loved and cared for by Southwest. It is a small, family setting and you become family the minute you walk in the door. I recommend them every chance I get.

This is the best kept secret in Gainesville! I have dealt with the big corporations who just care about the bottom line. SW retirement cares about you and their residents! They treat you like family. They may not have all the bells and whistles, but they are clean, caring, and more than competent! I would give them 6 starts if I could! I was lucky that I found this place for my father.
