NLRC was my father's last home before he passed. His nurses always made him comfortable and took the best care of him till his last days. The staff, was very loving and caring for him and our family. They went above and beyond to let us enjoy our last moments with him.

Fountainview Care Center was clean, it was nice, and the help was alright. Everything was alright. I was a patient there three or four times. The staff was very good, and I had no problems with them.

I felt that this assisted living provider was a bad choice for the elderly overall. I feel like they were way understaffed for the amount of residents that lived here and I never saw any of the nurses around when I walked through the building. The residents seemed to be always bored as they were pretty much just sitting around doing nothing. I felt that there was a lack of activities for them to do. I did not see any kind of outdoor space for these residents and i expect that they stay inside the entire time. The mood of these residents was just depressing for me to look at. However I do think that this was a nice looking facility with nice rooms and medical services. My grandmother who I was visiting there sadly passed away a year ago in that home and I just never though it was the best place for her to live. Although there was not anything shockingly wrong with this facility, there were definitely better options in terms of staffing and overall experience in the town for her.
