I would not recommend this place to anyone the care is awful even before Covid my loved one was there an not taking care of numerous times sent to ER for things that could of been prevented an never received a call only to find out when I called to check on her,sitting @ nurses station with feces all over an making the sign for bathroom an never taken,fell out of bed a couple times,meds not given right,was found unresponsive an no one could even tell how long she was unconscious before they found her….not a good outcome do not send your loved one here aweful care if I could give a quarter star or a zero I would ,and look beyond these reviews to find out about the citations they have received in the past I only wish that someone would of told me that definitely not a 5 star place

My mother is a resident at Bayview. She is not getting good care due to a lack of staff. She has had numerous infections that reoccur. There is often not enough caregivers for the number of people on her floor. The employees seem overworked and there aren't enough of them. The nurses station is often empty and it's hard to reach them when I call.

I do NOT recommend this facility for any long-term care for the following reasons: The staff is not attentive to the residents. They do nothing but the bare necessities. They did not even dress my grandmother in appropriate clothing (nice outfit with long sleeves would have been appropriate) when she needed to go out to attend a funeral. The staff is often not even present. I once had to wait 20 minutes to leave a locked floor. I could not find a staff member anywhere. One resident needed assistance going to a toilet and was wailing for help. Many things have gone missing from my grandmother's room including an item that only could have been stolen by a staff member because it was high up on a shelf. My grandmother says the food is terrible.

My dad (Ray Benson) passed away while he was in your care in March He passed ON March 23rd 2009 and i would like to thank you all very much you guys are the best.I am still grieving it is very hard.I miss him so much but i will never in my life forget about your company.You are just the best i would refer any one to you.Again Thank You for giving my dad the service possible I love you all.You deserve a raise.you are the greatest Again Thank you for everything Mechele Walker
