"Program provides meals, therapeutic recreation, daily living skills assistance, personal health care, social supports, nursing services, podiatry, beautician services, rehabilitative therapy, and medication management for elders ages 65+, and for ages 18+ if disabled. Languages other than English spoken include Portuguese and French. Special programming includes a Spanish program. Transportation is provided for residents of Bristol, Cheshire, Middlebury, Naugatuck, Plymouth, Prospect, Thomaston, Watertown, Waterbury, Wolcott, and Woodbury."

This is an amazing adult day center for aging adults in our community. I feel at peace leaving my mom at a place where I know she will be taken good care of. The staff is very kind and helpful. The nurses are awesome and keep you updated on everything. My mom loves it! She looks forward to the fun crafts and bingo. They even go on trips! Thank you Day-break for all that you do and the outstanding care you provide to our seniors. (Oh and it’s bilingual - Spanish speaking!!)
