This is the end of my 2nd week here at Peakview Assisted Living. I've been in isolation for these two weeks and that's very difficult to handle. I can't see anybody, I can't go outside the door, and it's difficult. It really has nothing to do with the requirement by the facility, it's the government that said that. In that regard, I think Peakview is doing well. My room is beautiful. There's only one thing wrong with it, there's not enough storage space and that's very important. The food is very good. I would say that 90% of the staff is excellent and very well-mannered. There is a small amount of people that are difficult, some because of their language problem and others just because they're in a higher position. They don't really understand how to show some compassion and mercy to elder people. The place is beautiful, and the quarters are clean and bright. The windows are placed beautifully and getting lots of natural light. Architecturally, probably outside it looks like every other assisted living home, but on the inside it's very different and it's very beautiful.

I toured Peakview Assisted Living and Memory Care. It's very clean, has a lot of activities for them. The people that we met were very friendly. They have a different menu every week. The apartment was very nice. Everything's just very nice. They have a full-time nurse staff. They come into her room twice a week and will do her laundry, and clean. The staff was very friendly. She's wearing a button around her neck or a watch that she can push anytime for help and they come. It's going to be a perfect place for mom. Everyone that Mom and I talked to who was in the dining room said the food was excellent. They do have a lot of activities going on for them. A room for putting puzzles together, an exercise room, a library, and a parlor, and it had a beauty shop.

Do NOT leave a loved one here. Don’t let the appearance fool you like it did me. The are under staffed, not trained, and the food was sub par. My mother only lived a short few months there and I was in the process of moving her and she died in their care. This should not of happened and I’m trying to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else’s loved one. There were times there was only one caretaker for 24 memory care residents. There are not enough words to express the negligence of this facility. Please don’t trust them with your loved one. All they care about is money.

My mother is in Peakview Assisted Living & Memory Care, and it's been good. Her room is small, but it's cute. The surroundings are pretty. The food is good. They have everything from puzzles, to arts and crafts, to bowling, and a lot of outings. The staff has been great.

We chose Peakview (Peakview Assisted Living & Memory Care) for my brother. It's a first-class facility and it's relatively new. Structurally, it's laid out very nice. The different floors have sitting rooms, it's got a wonderful dietician program and there are activities for residents to do like book clubs and bridge. It's just very well organized and its very well-managed and efficient. We're quite happy and my brother is elated about the facility. My brother has been very impressed with the dietary offering. The staff I have worked with is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My brother has been very impressed with their library. They work very hard on things that keep the residents active but mentally-stimulated. They have an interesting range of age of people there, too. Their value for their quality of services and expertise that they're providing is very reasonable.

I was very impressed with Peakview Assisted Living and Memory Care. It was smaller and didn’t have as many residents as the other place I visited. The room had a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The place was very clean, and the people were very friendly.

My mother in law moved into Peakview last August 15, and she loved it. I think it’s a really well-kept and very friendly facility. The staff was very helpful, and they had lots of activities. She had every amenity offered.

Peakview's prices were too high. They wanted $1,100 a month just to supply me with my medicine. I just couldn't afford that. The place was clean and alright. It was just the price. It was too expensive. The food was neither good nor bad, but mediocre.

Peakview is a very nice community with a nice appearance, and we thought it would be ideal as far as location, but they couldn’t handle my mother-in-law’s needs. It’s very warm, very inviting, and seems like a hotel. The rate seems to be reasonable for what she gets, and they have some a la carte options for memory care that we were looking at for my mother-in-law. I was very impressed with the place. There were five of us that went, and we all came away with this impression that it’s a very nice, clean community. The rooms were a good size. They had a lot of amenities, and they had a lot of things for the residents to do.

Peakview Assisted Living and Memory Care is very nice and obviously new. It's just pretty well run but it is on the expensive end. The staff were excellent, very caring, and they go out of their way to make sure dad gets what he needs. They are very attentive. Dad is in a small apartment and the living room was pretty small, but otherwise, it is a pretty nice place. The food is good, there's a variety and they give them what they want. You can order breakfast all day long if that's what you want.

Peakview was very nice. It had a big entryway that made you feel like you were in a fine hotel. It was not really homey, but it was beautiful and well furnished.
