The food at Hickory Care Home is like a home-cooked meal. The room is a basic room. I think that they’re fair-priced. The people who provided care were very attentive; I don’t have any complaints with them. I think that they can be more staffed overnight. They have 2 people in the morning and 1 person there at night. It only has 6 residents there. There’s plenty of parking.

This assisted living home is located in a very quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. A flat sidewalk makes wheel chair access easy and convenient. There are both front and back patio areas where residents can enjoy fresh air and sunshine. The living room area has a large front room where residents can gather for visiting or watching T.V. The home has tile floors. The caregivers are always very helpful and friendly to visitors and residents alike. The caregivers offer obviously competent and compassionate care to the residents. The rooms are satisfactory and comfortable; meeting the needs of the residents very nicely. This assisted living home decorates for the holidays, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere.
