Welcome to Willie Care Home Our homes in Sunnyvale are both modern and classic. They are purposely built for the needs of senior living. We provide non- medical custodial care to all our residents--ambulatory, non-ambulatory, Dementia & Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, complicated medical conditions, and hospice with a higher level of care and personal attention with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our facilities can each accommodate six residents. Our passionate caregiving staff in each home enables all the residents to receive extra special care while living in a warm, comfortable, and roomy environment. Willie Care Homes provide extensive staff trainings in responding to an individual's needs and desires. We aspire to give a positive change in the lives of our senior residents. The services you'll receive are based on the result of your health assessment done by our health counselors. Each client has a special need and requires a more personal care. The following are some of the services we offer: Home-style dining and menus Snacks available at any time Special diabetic or low salt diets Planned activities, outings and events Housekeeping and laundry Medication supervision Care for the incontinent Transportation to doctor and dentist Assistance of daily living activities including grooming, dressing, toileting, and bathing Observation for each resident daily activities including any changes in mood, eating habits, sleeping, and elimination practice Plenty of individuals attention and interaction with caregivers Bedside and tray services for minor temporary illness Often we consult your primary Physician in the conception of your care plan. All our services are meant to provide sustenance for health improvement. We also constantly review your needs to tailor them to your condition.
