Fed Up....

I have lived nextdoor to this facility for aprox. 13 years now and It has been a Nightmare! I pick up Styrafoam cups, Clothes, Cigerette butts, Beer and Liquer bottles, Prescription Pills which look as if they have been takein from Mouth and thrown over My fence where My Dogs and 2 year old and 9 year old Girls play. My Dogs regulary ingest wutever they throw over and Thankfully My Children have not picked up these oills yet because I dont allow them to play outside here anymore. My 2 year old was playin out front and as I was cleaning up mess and Cigerette butts left in my yard she walked up with a handfull of Cigerette butts and one in her mouth! I lost my backyard fence due to fire from Cigerettes years ago. We have to keep our windows closed due to the abundence of 2nd hand smoke blowing into Our home. All hours of the Night we and Our Children are awakened by yelling or fighting. Our Garbage can as well as All Our neighbors on this dtreet are gone thru for whatever they can find. I am constantly harassed for money, Food, or anything else they want. I have had Tenants of Anderson care ask me for Drugs in front of my home while my Daughter was in my Arms. I have had death threats to myself and my Dogs, as well as constant teaseing of my dogs. I have had food thrown in my face when I asked a Tenant to stop teasing and yelling at my dogs through the fence. I can go on and on...We have no choice but to take it or move since we have had no luck or help dealing with the Owners of this Facility. Its really unfair to Us as we are Private and bother nobody.
