Hilltop Springs Senior Living was a very nice facility. It's new and had lots of amenities for the folks that live there. They have a lot of stuff. They have day rooms where they can visit, play games, and do puzzles. They had a bowling alley, a golf room, and outside barbecues. It was also dog friendly. You could bring your dog and have them live with you. The staff was very helpful and showed us the whole place. The one thing I did like was that the dining area is open all day, so there was no specific breakfast, lunch, or dinner time. You could go be served at any time.

My sister is at Hilltop Springs Senior Living. We were thinking about moving her, but she likes being there. She has friends there now. It's all settled in and she is very happy. I like the amenities and the very nice apartments. They also have memory care, so it's going to be a full service. The staff members are very friendly and nice. They could be more skilled, though. The facility is very nice. My sister is very happy with the food. There are two dining rooms. It's a sit-down eating, and so they get served. She enjoys the food, and she enjoys the people. They have many activities. Their activity program is very good. It is expensive, but it's also a new facility, so things are a little bumpy at times.

Hilltop Springs Senior Living was large. We felt in my mother-in-law's case that she would not be happy there because it was such a large facility and too easy to get lost. The staff was very nice. The facility was brand new. As far as the facility itself goes and the cleanliness and upkeep and everything, that would be a 5. They had more than one dining area and a fairly large gym.
