The Bluffs at Hamilton Hill seemed a little bigger, which was good. I liked that. The location is very nice. It's an extension of where the old hospital was and the building itself, the structure, is very nice and very, very well located. It's essentially almost across the street from where we live. They had a snack bar and there was a kind of a little cafe, not a big restaurant, with few tables and a coffee bar. I went into a couple of different rooms that were slightly different sizes, but they seemed to be a little larger and a little more homelike rather than a studio or hotel. Jeanette was excellent.

I toured The Bluffs at Hamilton Hill. It's very elegant and very pristine. When I visited the different rooms, they looked very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. And I like the colors. I met a couple of different people, and they were very, very helpful. They answered questions I didn't even ask like they were on top of things and things that I didn't even consider before visiting. The dining area looks like one of those elegant restaurants. It didn't look too homey for me. And maybe that's probably what I was looking for. But what I saw was very, very well maintained. I also met the chef, and he baked us cookies. The person who gave me the tour was Mandy; I remember her name. She gave me a box of lemon cookies, and that was delicious. The place was very clean, very, very well kept.

My husband will be moving into the Bluffs at Hamilton Hill. It just seemed the most suitable and the best fit for him. I thought the environment was wonderful. It had everything he could possibly need - exercises, art classes, personal grooming care, laundry, and people coming in to clean his apartment. The apartments were brand new. The food looked excellent. We went to an open house and the hors d'oeuvres that they served were fantastic. The people that were helping me navigate through the process did a wonderful job.
