We provide private rooms and shared rooms in a warm, clean and family atmosphere and caring staff 24 hours a day. Nutritious and balanced home-cooked meals are served daily with accommodation made for residents with special dietary needs. Our belief is that each person at Northridge Villa For the Elderly deserves to be cared for as if they were our own loved one. Caring for them must be as personalized and unique an experience as each individual. ?Dedicated family-owned team of healthcare professionals is managing the facility ensuring that each resident receives close management and care planning for their individual physical and cognitive needs. Medication management Bathing Using bathroom Personal hygiene Dressing and Grooming Daily living activities are included in our services. High Staff/Resident Ratio - We provide private rooms, a warm family atmosphere and caring staff that are trained to help dementia residents. Two caregivers are on duty 24 hours a day for six residents. Assistance with medication, bathing and dressing is included in our services. Dementia and hospice waivers are in place if needed. Mobile Doctors, home health nurses, therapists and dentists visit as often as needed to provide medical assistance and support. Meals - Nutritious and balanced home-cooked meals are served daily with accommodation made for residents with special dietary needs. Activities are planned and they depend upon residents’ interests and capabilities. Mornings start with light exercises after breakfast. We do gardening and we enjoy live singing. ?We specialize in care for all stages of memory loss and dementia and we can meet the various levels of acuity and needs of our seniors.
