There are several reasons why we chose to move Mom to Gardens at Northridge, but primarily, it's because of the location and level of care. The facility is nice and clean. It smells fresh and they have polite staff. The caregivers are very nice and very good, and we are happy so far. They have a library, a living room, an activities room, a movie room, a workout room, and an outdoor patio.

What I liked least about Gardens at Northridge was that it was overly perfumed. The air was just too much of whatever they used to make it smell pretty. It was just overbearing. I didn't like the rooms, they were too small. It's better to just have an open space instead of a wall dividing the living room and the bedroom. You couldn't get any furniture in, and it seems not comfortable. The activities, the food, and the menus were great. Everything looked good. They have all the exercise activities. They also do laundry, it sounded great. The staff who assisted me was very nice and very pleasant. Outside, everything looked nice.

I visited Gardens at Northridge. It was nice. It was clean. The people and staff were nice. They have a library area and a lobby for people to stay in, quite large, I like it. I want an area of the site where people could gather and play games. They had like a little shelf outside of each door where people would put flowers or decorate their door itself. I enjoyed my time there. The staff was very attentive and looked out.

I like Gardens at Northridge very much. It's very welcoming and Desire is very kind. She's very good at showing you around. It seemed like there were a lot of activities going on. They were caring for the lady in the hallway who was drifting off in her wheelchair. She pushed her little button, so somebody would come help her. They're like little apartments and you feel like you're in a hotel. It's assisted living. It's kind of different than a rest home, even just the title itself, but still, it was very nice. I only met Desire, the lady who showed us around, but I could tell that those people walking around were very nice. They have activities. They go places if the person wants to. They have a beauty salon for hair and nails. They have a little movie room. They have a nice garden area. It's very nice.

My mom is in the Gardens at Northridge. She likes it. It's assisted living. Someone dresses her and bathes her, but she can walk on her own to get all her dining and stuff. It's a great experience. Everybody is extremely nice. The residents and the caregivers are nice. The entire staff is wonderful and helpful. They have good events there. My mom is very happy there. Her room is beautiful. It's a large studio, and it looks really pretty and cozy when you walk in.

Gardens at Northridge was a beautiful community. The price point was just a little bit high for us, but everything was wonderful. Everything was bright and airy. The facilities were excellent. They had a library, a game room, and a nice outdoor patio. They were also pet friendly. They had the automatic door entry with a staff for 24 hours.

The people at Gardens at Northridge were wonderful. The place was spectacular, we got to see everything. They spent a lot of time with us, and I thought the price was reasonable for all they offer. They showed me a board of all of the activities. They have church services in the morning, and they had activities. They have a theater and popcorn was very appealing. People can go and watch movies whenever they want. I haven't seen that before, like a movie room. You can just go in and put the film in the machine and watch movies. I didn't see any other activities going on, but they had a whole list of them. The dining room was full of people, and they all looked pretty happy. We saw a studio and it had a wonderful bathroom. It had a shower that was just terrific with a chair and very little to step over. It looks like it was very easy for people to use that. It was the best shower bathroom set up I've seen. It had the chair in the shower, and the shower was in your room. They have the alarm bell if you need help when you're in the bathroom. That was very beautiful.

I toured Gardens at Northridge. The facility itself is so comfortable and warm for everybody, and all the activities that they have for the people that are living there are just terrific. I'm really, really pleased. The attitude of the caregivers to the members who are there is just wonderful. In terms of the expense, it isn't impossible. It's very good. The staff were very polite and very friendly, and you could see that they were working with the people, being very kind to them, and very positive about everything that was going on. It's quiet. We didn't hear any crying and we didn't hear any problems going on anywhere. Everybody was watching out for the patients that were there. They were very attentive. They were very informative. They answered our questions. They were very friendly, warm, and very willing to talk to us. Very good.

Gardens at Northridge was very nice. The grounds were very good. Everything was good. The apartment was good, but we were looking at a certain budget. We weren't looking for a shared accommodation, and that wasn't perfect for my mother's needs. The staff was very knowledgeable. The dining area looked good. We spoke about the activities they offered. It all looked very good, except we didn't like the room that was shown because it was two people in one room and there's not much of a partition. The place seemed comfortable, and the people seemed fairly happy.

I would give my visit a 10 out of 10 on the physical, it was amazing. The décor was up to date, it was clean and it looked new. It had a beautiful outdoor area, an amazing large outdoor like a yard or like a park, where people could sit outside in a covered area or just walk around. That was the part that I loved the most; it had a beautiful rose garden in the back. The staff who gave the tour was extremely professional. She had told us and showed us the menu, she said she had eaten the food and it was good. We didn't observe any activities. The one thing that we were curious about, we never really saw any other people living there and we were curious about that. We only saw one person, so I'm not sure what that means. But she explained to us what the various activities were, we just did not see anybody participating. It just was a beautiful place, I was ready to move in on. It was just like a luxury hotel.

It was good. Everything was great there. The staff was professional, the place was absolutely beautiful, and it was topnotch. I just didn't feel that was the right place for my uncle.

I saw it and was very impressed with it. I didn’t even know they had assisted living places that nice. The lady who gave me the tour showed me a studio and a one bedroom, and they were furnished very nicely. They looked like model rooms to me. She knew all the residents’ names, and the residents seemed pleasant, happy, and smiling. The dining area was just gorgeous.

It did not have the homey feeling to me that the other facility we visited has, though it is a nice facility. The rooms has a couple of bedrooms and an eating area. The bathrooms are smaller than the other ones we’ve seen. The staff who assisted us during our visit was very friendly and she explained everything to us. The food was very good.

The staff was kind and professional. The rooms and facility were neat and clean. There Physical theropy department put a plan together to fit my fathers needs and to help his recovery be smooth and as painless as possible. I would recommend this facility for anyone who needs professional care for their loved one.

We looked here. I thought it was a very nice facility. I like everything about it other than the size of their apartments. They were just a little bit smaller than the other ones we saw.
