Good, they have taken away the only microwave oven from the dining room. Everyone uses it. Some idiot complained, so bam, they remove it. This is organizational corporate stupidity running at large.

My mother has already been moved to Guardian Rehabilitation Hospital. It's very clean, and they're constantly updating things. They are constantly painting and repairing. I don't know if that means it was in bad shape before, but it seemed to be in good physical shape. The people working there are very kind, very considerate, and I would say conscientious. They are working to maintain good health, not just wait for bad things to happen. They responded early and were proactive. When it comes to the food, she's on a special diet. They aren't any more over-priced than anybody else, but it's all so expensive. The reason I left her there and did not move her is because they had skilled nursing. They are close to her hospital and oncologist. So for me, this value is part of our whole care package. They are close to dialysis and senior communities. They have a lot of things within five miles because of the area. There's good care around, so because of that, you pay more. It's worth it if I would ever need to have mom sent back to the hospital. The staff is very kind to my mother. She speaks highly of them. They've repainted everything. They're constantly mopping and sweeping. I've gone in the morning, and I've gone in the afternoon; they're constantly cleaning. I just feel like they're really making an effort to make it better.
