I have visited Crofton Manor Inn. The rooms were nice. It is all set up for someone who needed assisted living. Most of the people that I met there were Christians. They had an exercise room and a game room. It had everything that you would need. It was secured, and it had secured parking. They serve three meals a day, they clean your room every day, and they do a deep cleaning once a week. You could have a roommate, or you could have a room by yourself. The staff was very helpful. She pushed me around in the wheelchair, and she answered all the questions. The place is immaculate. Like the lobby floors and the hall floors, it looked like a five-star hotel. That's why I wanted to get in there so bad.

My mother lived with our family for 18 years until she needed more help than we could provide. We found Crofton Manor and couldn't be more delighted. The team at Crofton Manor create a very home like environment. They are attentive to her needs and communicate with us often. Everyone is friendly and personable. My mother was nervous at first, but after a few days she was so happy to be with such wonderful people. It's been almost a year and all of us are delighted with Crofton Manor. We couldn't be happier with the care they provide and the friends she's made.

Crofton Manor Inn was nice, and I liked it. It had nice people working there. They had alarms when the residents go out, and the rooms were nice. They had their own theater and kitchen.

I called for pricing before 5 pm and was told to call back the next day. The receptionist was very short and seemed to become more irritated when I asked if I could get just pricing. Not an option now

The facility was very clean, and the rooms were very nice at Crofton Manor Inn, but the staff was not friendly. They didn’t seem to realize that no matter how they felt, they were supposed to be really professional and friendly towards people. It also seemed a little prejudiced. I think the manager needs to have a staff meeting and let them know that personal feelings are not merited. Their rooms are very nice with hardwood floors. The dining room and the common area didn’t look clean. It looked like a hospital cafeteria with dirty table cloths and plastic on top.

My mother has been in the Crofton Manor Inn for about two months now. Aside from the pricing, we liked that they have a lot of different activities and 24-hour care, which were basically what we were looking for. She likes the location and everything. They have a lot of games and they do outings to parks and other socials. It smells clean, but it is being redone, so it looks very new. It has recently been remodeled and it is very clean and actually feels homey. The staff members are very friendly, very attentive, and quick in responding; everybody is very nice. Maybe their menu should be a little more expensive or give more options. Food is really the only thing my mom complains about.

I like Crofton Manor. I like their staff because they were really good and approachable. The rooms are pretty spacious. It's not upscale, high-end property, it's a more affordable moderate facility.
