We didn't have a good experience with Excelcare. It was horrible. The staff knows nothing about caregiving, and half of them do not speak English. They're very unskilled. We found my father not taken care of, his oxygen was off, they hadn't fed him, and he was overmedicated. It was a really bad situation. It was a clean facility. He was there for 3 weeks. He is diabetic, and they were able to control his blood sugar a lot through diet. The owner seemed very knowledgeable, but her staff can't seem to communicate. For what we paid, it definitely was not satisfactory at all.
