I like that the people running Elite Care Homes were very friendly and attentive. They had a caring demeanor. The house was clean. It's built to accommodate wheelchairs. They had ramps in the house, too. They had private and shared rooms. The people there expressed that they don't leave the residents in their beds. They take them out to the patio, they take them to the park, and they talk to them. Their own family visit, so that they can talk to them, too. They have a cook there who cooks amazing food. And they speak Spanish. So all of those things were very important to us. The set-up of the room was also very nice. It was like an L-shaped kind of room, so that one person was on the right, and then around the corner was the other spot. The room faced large patio doors that let in a lot of light. And each room in the house had its own door, so that was nice, too. It's customized for that. They have three bathrooms and all of them were set up with plenty of space, and it's clean and airy. We spoke to the people that run it, and it's a husband and wife, and they were both very nice. They answered all our questions. They took their time. You could tell they care.
