My husband has been in Desert Sky's Board & Care for respite care. The person that I've dealt with was very accommodating. I have trouble sitting because I had a procedure on my back, and he'll bring a chair that's more comfortable for me since I can't sit on a soft couch. I'm happy with them and he seems happy there too. There's two twin beds in his room, and he shares it with another man, but he hasn't complained about it. He says he is sleeping well. They've all been vaccinated, except for my husband. We always wear masks when we go over there and usually we sit out in the back, away from the other people. One time we sat inside, and they had a separate area there for the visitors, because my son was visiting him from Oregon. The bath was right across the hall, which is close. Everything seems fine to me, I have no complaints about them. It's in a very nice neighborhood too. When you drive up, a couple of blocks away there's a nice, big scenic area, and they have a beautiful view of the sunset, which I would love to see. It's a very nice and well-kept house. The yard looks nice and they have a beautiful patio, so it's very neat-looking. The only thing that I have an issue with was the $500 paperwork, and that we're paying $2,800 a month for a shared room.
