Horrible care even worse facility. Roaches in rooms. Care is atrocious my mother was left in a broken bed after hip surgery for 24 hours I called 6 times to no avail. Had to call 911 to get a ambulance to pick her up and take to the hospital.Currently speaking with a attorney. Don’t send your loved ones here. If they had negative stars that’s where I would rate this place.

My brother was in Fremont Healthcare Center for rehab. The place was clean, light, airy, bright, and the hallways were nice and wide. The staff was very friendly, caring, and attentive. He did physical therapy, and he had eye appointments. He loved it there.

Fremont was absolutely outstanding. It was the best. They were so caring. My mother was hardly eating anything her last month. The nurses would sit with her literally for an hour, and try and get her to eat. They made sure she was taken care of and they made sure they fed her as much as possible. The care was just excellent and outstanding. I'm very happy with it. My mom said the food was very good. They were top of everything. When she had a cough, they ordered a chest X-ray, and they made sure she didn't have a urine infection. They have a very dedicated and caring staff.

Fremont Healthcare Center was not a good one. I would never let my father go back inside those doors even if it's the only one available. When you walk in, the place smelled of urine. I always took care of his laundry myself because they lost too much. His clothes would be soaked and smelled like ammonia. He'd be in his clothes and wet diaper too long until he wetted over past the diaper into his clothes. They left him overnight one night, and he didn't get changed until the day someone came. There were only three who took care of him. They had bingo, someone came in and played music, and church services on Sunday.
