Assured Horizons caring approach starts from the heart. We are dedicated to serve and care for each resident as a family member. That means kind, loving and professional care in a warm and comfortable home. Every detail of our care, the staff, our homes, the food, medication supervision, activities and more is based on this caring approach.
Most professionals agree that memory impaired individuals and medically frail individuals function better when they live in smaller surroundings with a familiar group of people. As a result, we refuse to have any home-like facilities. We have real homes, just like the ones our residents have lived in during their entire lives. Our beautiful homes are spacious and have a maximum of 6 residents and at least two daily caregivers. All care is coordinated and supervised by our Nurse Administrators. This allows residents to remain in our caring homes and avoid institutional settings altogether. We provide superior care to assure our residents the highest quality of life and to provide their families peace of mind.
Assured Horizons is dedicated to serving seniors that are suffering with Alzheimers disease, stroke and other difficult medical conditions. We provide a quality of care well above the expected standards.
We have 6 intimate homes located in Fountain Valley. Our staff is dedicated to developing the highest professional standards in residential care for the elderly. In everything we do one question is always on our minds: How do we make life comfortable, safe and enjoyable for those whose care has been entrusted to us?
All of our locations are equipped with:
