I have a very dear friend who ended up on this facility and when I tried to reach her by phone it took me ALMOST AN HOUR to finally get a useful response. The phone just rang and rang and rang and whenever someone did actually answer I was given yet another number to call. When the hour was almost up, someone answered and my friend was not available as she was with a therapist. The people I did speak to were cold and unconcerned. They did not care a fig. I cannot just jump in my car and run down to Encinitas so my frustration was great, and I am so sad that this lady is in such a terrible state of health.

I am a patient now and it has gone downhill I only stayed before and this time for the physical therapy There are a few good ones Other than that it is bad the staff is not very friendly nor helpful The COVID 19 Really hurt them I never received my vaccine for the COVID 19 as I was promised twice I don’t know the deal but I wish them luck ITS BROKE!!!!SOME NICE PEOPLE THOUGH...A LITTLE EDUCATION CAN GO A LONG WAY !

My mother-in-law has been in Encinitas Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for about two weeks now. It is a clean, well-managed place with lots of good care and good food. We are pretty happy with it. We chose it because it is close to us, and it has good reviews. I will highly recommend them because their overall care is good, and they have a good staff.

Encinitas Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was being rehabilitated, so it was very nice and clean. The physical therapy staff was very thorough and worked very well with my father and the other residents. The nursing staff seemed fairly attentive, and they seemed knowledgeable. They had long-term staff that's been there, and I think they had a pretty good attitude considering they had been there for a long time.
