My husband moved to Coventry Court Health Center. The staff is very nice, friendly, and answered all your questions. The food is just not very good. It's very plain and doesn't have very much flavor. His room only has a small area because it's a large room, but it has three beds.

beware poor help

The staff did not do anything they said they would. After It took me calling and asking when my moms post operation appointment was they made the appointment for me then called me the day of the appointment and told me it was going to be 200.00 out of pocket to take her to the appointment. They called me and said they need me reenroll my mom in the same medical group. I called her insurance and got her enrolled in the medical group. When I called them back all they asked for was a conformation #. Poor service.

My mom was in a skilled nursing home called Coventry Court Health Center. They were excellent. It was like walking into a hotel. There was never a smell or anything. It was just excellent. The staff was wonderful. They’re very helpful. Any time I came with questions or whatever, they were always there. The food was fine, but my mom at that point wasn’t really eating a lot.

My brother was in Coventry Court for a while. It’s beautiful and gives excellent attention to the patient. The staff was excellent. They have shared rooms that were fine.

My mom who suffers from Alzheimers fell in her home and stayed at Coventry Court last summer for physcial and occupational therapy. Everyone from the dietician, activities director, rehab therapists, nursing and office personnel went above and beyond in assisting my mom improve so that she could come live with my family. The love the employees have for their chosen profession shows in the positive attitude everyone working at Coventry Court has every day. I am happy to refer others to Coventry Court Health Center.
