Adelanto Covenant Care is a board and care; not a nursing facility. It's been almost one month with my dad there. The home is basically brand new inside and out. The owner remodeled it, and everything is top of the line and super clean. They have individual bedrooms and shared bedrooms. My dad has an individual room with his own walk-in bathroom and patio that goes out to the backyard. They have two caregivers that are full-time and amazing. They have ones who come on the weekends who are also great. I don't have complaints about any of those nurses. Theirs is a higher level of care where they take the patients' vitals every single day. They have a set schedule of morning showers, breakfast, and activities. They have physical therapy once a week and exercises with everyone. It's a very well-run program.
