"I'm moving here in about a week. It's new, and I liked the amenities. The people, the layout, and the facilities it offered stood out to me. The food was very good, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and all the appliances were new. It was well laid-out. They have a lot of exercises, and they take them on tours."

"Fidelis Northshore I was wonderful. The two owners were very hands-on, knowledgeable, very friendly, and spent a lot of time with me (more than once), whenever they were available. I thought that the care was excellent. They really cared, and when my husband was there they would Facetime with me three times a day. It was very clean. It was a home, and I liked that when you walked in you felt like you were in somebody's house, except they had a lot of recliners and things like that. It was very homey. I went to the bathroom once, and it was just sparkling clean. It was on a wooded two-acre lot, and it looked just like a house. It was well maintained outside, too. I was never there for a meal, but I think they fed him all the time with snacks and everything. I walked in once, and they were all sitting at a table coloring and doing different things. He was at a different facility that was very expensive and the nursing type care was very good, but I think Fidelis Northshore I was a better place, and it was a much better value all the way around."

"Fidelis Northshorez II was a little bit newer than the other place we looked at, and it was gorgeous. The exterior was beautiful, and the inside was wonderful. The owner was great. My experience with them was five-stars. It was different from a commercial, larger place, but that's what I liked about it. It was great. I was impressed."

"My great grandmother loved it there. She had her own room with a small fridge and her own bathroom. She was able to decorate it as she saw fit. She was able to keep much of her independence while still getting the care she needed when she needed it. She made new friends and participated in the activities, which were many and varied. She kept in shape by walking a mile a day on the floors of the facility. The staff were very courteous and always attentive to the needs of the residents as well as the visitors. I would recommend this facility to anyone with a relative that needs to live in an environment with independence as well as assistance when need be. "

"We've chosen La Plantation Retirement Community for my father-in-law because it was small, and it was cheaper than the other ones we looked at. They have laundry, hairdresser, cafeteria, a dining room, and they have activities. My husband said the food was really good. The staff was really friendly and they helped us a couple of times. They even had people on the weekend to help me. It's a single story facility and it has a really nice library and a chapel."

"This facility seemed very clean and organized. Most of the staff members were nice and welcoming, but one of the employees gave us an attitude. My spouse's grandmother just moved into this home, and she is not happy about her situation. She does not feel comfortable living away from her son and daughter-in-law. I enjoyed the pictures hanging on the walls in the hallways and lobby. I felt comfortable at the center. The garden was kept up well, and the temperature inside was perfect. Visiting hours were reasonable. I did not get to see the food they served the residents, and my grandmother-in-law did not want to comment on it. I do not have much else to compare this facility to, as I have only been to this one, but I would not mind retiring here. The courtyard in the back was beautiful and caught the sunlight perfectly with adequate shade and a fountain. "

"Both of my parents have been living in Maison de Fleur's Assisted Living facility in Denham Springs, LA since July 14th, 2018 since my dad's stroke. It took them about 2 months to get acclimated and feel like they were home. From that point, they both have been extremely happy and enjoy their living experience at Maison. They enjoy the staff, the outings, the planned activities, the entertainment & parties. As the adult child helping them through their elder years, it is encouraging to know they are being well taken care of and are happy. I highly recommend Maison for all of your Assisted Living needs for your family. They have a library, Salon and weekly bible studies, too, which my parents enjoy. The food is a good, usually dessert too after each meal. Rooms are a great size and the monthly rates are reasonable."
