The staff members at the facility were really nice when I was greeted at the front entrance. One particular day I went to visit my great grandfather and his room was dirty and he needed some assistance. There was no one available for help, when called someone many times and we were told that they were short staff. Therefore, I did take the time to assist him with his needs. I wasn't really impressed with the service because no one stop by to see if he needed anything. The building needed some updating and there weren't many areas around to take a shower because they were having plumbing problems. After all, I was just not impressed and I was afraid to leave because of the level of care that was provided. He didn't need much help, but when needed someone should be available within a reasonable time frame.
