Rooms average at best. 1. Halls smell like cigarette smoke. You don't need to have COPD and go here. 2. Average response time from the call button is 1 hour 3. CNA Diane: very good, caring, and person Micalya: outstanding, tries the best with what she can work with. Maria: outstanding and very outgoing. Caroline: great pharmacy CNA 4. Nurse Holly: part-time but is outstanding, could use more of her Timmy: very good and personable 5. PT: Kim: Outstanding, if you are willing to work hard and tell her she will help you the most. Very informative. She is the best PT I have ever had. She deserves a 5 start all around 6. Food: more times than not it is cold, nothing like cold eggs with cold coffee. Average at best. 1. The reason why I chose North Hills Life Care and Rehab for my mom is because it has a four star rating. We're really happy with them and the staff were very helpful. It has a good atmosphere in it; it feels like a happy place. It's a whole different experience. I'm just so glad she's there.

My Aunt stayed at Northwest Health & Rehab for about a month. I didn't like very much about this facility. I thought that the staff seem overworked and stressed. When I went to visit my Aunt on one occasion one of the staff told me she was no longer there which really upset me. After about fifteen minutes they found her sitting in a common area. Then they changed my Aunt's room two times in one month. When I inquired why they told me that she would get along better with the lady in the new room. The rooms were very small and crowed with little room to move about. The whole place seemed so gloomy and sad. This is why I had my Aunt moved. I must say that the physical therapist at Northwest was the only ray of light in the whole facility.

My Children and I visit with my aunt at this facility about 1 time a week. We have had a great experience with this place! My Aunt has been living here almost 3 years, and we have always felt very welcome there. They allow us to bring our dog in ( which always cheers up my aunt and other residents.) Every year for my aunts birthday, they allow us the use of the banquet hall to celebrate with her for her birthday. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. My Aunt is always treated with dignity and respect. The facility is not overly fancy, however it is kept in good shape, and always neat and clean. My kids truly love the visits with my aunt, and look forward to it every week. I think a good part of the reason they enjoy it so much is because the staff is always so friendly and upbeat. Keep up the great work!
