This facility gives good care. The DON and Administrator are responsive to family concerns. It is absolutely necessary that family members visit regularly. CNAs are not good at giving adequate nutrition and fluids to those that cannot help themselves. Nursing staff can be too focused on medication administration to notice a change in a resident's status. Be involved, ask questions, and insist on good care. Over all, staff is caring and compassionate.
