My mother in Montrose Bay, which is in our community. It is fine, and everything is good. They have something going on every day. The food looks good. It is a good, nice place that has everything they need.

My neighbor stayed at Montrose Bay Health and Rehab. It appeared to be an old and outdated facility. It was not very clean. The staff seemed to be okay. The food seemed very basic and bland. They have a cafeteria and a multi-use room for gatherings.

I have been asking for my credit of $1200 for 5 months. We paid in advance for my mother's care and she died at the facility. They acknowledge that I am due the money but have not sent the check.

My mom stayed at Montrose Bay Health Center for a month or two. The nursing assistance was good, but I had to be watching them all the time. I was not happy with the place. The whole system was terrible, the place was horrible and unpleasant. It was in a high-end community, and we thought it would be nice, but I would not put my dog there. The food was terrible. It reminded me of the Bates Motel. Montrose had a decent rating, but it was so wrong. Its not a good place to be considering going to spend your whole life there.
