"I visited The Brennity at Fairhope. It seems to be more of a nursing home type of feel. It's the vibe I got. It's beautiful. The staff there is wonderful. I did visit the property, but it wasn't for me. I'm not there yet. It's more of an elderly property. It seems that many affluent families, with parents who are older and kids who have moved out of state, want to place their loved ones in an extremely secure environment where they feel comfortable, knowing they will be well taken care of, and that's what The Brennity is. It is about as good as it gets. It's very clean, very secure. The staff is very hands-on. I was able to walk the property. The property is very well-kept, and security is on point. There's nothing bad I can say about The Brennity. It is the creme de la creme. If you want your parents well taken care of and you can have the security of being able to manage your life, you're putting them in good hands."

"I toured the independent living community of Asher Point Independent Living of Mobile. It's nice, clean, and presentable. It was laid out pretty well. I met three staff members, including the lady who showed me around, the maintenance guy, and the lady at the front. They all greeted me and were very professional. They also showed me their library."

They have one small courtyard thing, but the residents aren't allowed to go out there by themselves. Otherwise, the facility was nice. The rooms were big, the staff seemed great and attentive. The food was good too. They have different options."
