Seagrass Village of Gulf Shore was very nice and very upscale with a lot of amenities. They were very accommodating and gave us a tour of all the different units and styles that they had available. The accommodations were very nice. They were as I expected for something fairly new. Fixtures and bedding and access were all very well done. There were studio and one-bedrooms that we looked at. They had organized activities, various planned events, trips, shopping, parks, cards, and pool activities. Physical therapy and occupational therapy services on site were very good.

We visited both the independent and assisted living of Seagrass Village of Gulf Shores. My husband and I liked that place, but we didn't care much for the lady we had to talk to. She just did something that we didn't like. We just turned around and walked away, but that was a nice place. It's local, so we felt comfortable. It was just people our age. Also, it wasn't overly big; it was a good size. The one thing I liked was I could take my golf cart too. When when we went there, it was happy hour; everybody was in high spirits. It was fun. They have a pool and a nice walking area too.
