"We visited and it was immaculate and everything one would need was there. They had a beauty parlor and a barbershop. You wouldn't have to leave that place. They had studio apartments and they had 1-bedroom apartments. They had refrigerators but they didn't have stoves or microwaves in there. The staff was very informative and very friendly. We ate lunch there, and the food was good."

"Seagrass Village of Daphne was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They described all of the activities and services that they have available. They'll provide some transportation to go out to public places to do things that the residents might want to do. They play bingo, and they have exercise classes."

"It was a home atmosphere but very elegant. They had very friendly staff. The rooms were really nice, and the food was very good. Also the residents were out and about, which made a big difference. They had bingo and music going one time. They have an active community, which is very nice. "

"The Brennity at Fairhope was very good. It was very clean, nicely decorated, smelled good, and all the people that worked there were friendly. The people who live there all seemed very happy. I had several people stop us to make sure we knew how much they loved it there. We ate lunch there and the food was very good. They took the residents to any kind of medical appointments that they have, and they take them on trips and to different shopping trips and outings in the area. They have a lot of activities during the day like bingo, and they watch movies, have tailgate parties for football, and so on. The only thing is that they have really long hallways. It's all on one level, which was nice, but it's a lot of walking for my mom, and it would be for someone older too."

"I've already bought a property at Somerby of Mobile to build my own home. It's a gated community, and it is perfect for what I want. Everybody is very friendly. Everything that I've heard is fine, and they have everything that I need, but I'm not living there yet and I won't for another five months until they build the house. They have a swimming pool, exercise rooms, all sorts of activities, movies, trips, and transportation. They have everything that I want."

"When we decided that our grandmother would be going into an assisted living facility and back grounding many facilities, The Gordon Oaks Convalescent Center, was the last one on the list my family and I had to visit.We first walked inside the atrium, I fell in love with the layout and the view the facility had, before our eyes. We were greeted immediately with smiles and complimentary beverages. We were asked, kindly to be seated, while our tour guide becomes available. Our wait was no longer than five minutes, again greeted with warm smiles upon the tour guides arrival. The particular rooms/apartments as they like to call them, that we were showed were extremely spacious and had everything possible for a person of my grandmother's age to be able to feel active and Independent.Finally, when I took my grandmother to see it, she fell in love with it as well, and decided that would be her new home.
