We found this Senior Helpers for my love one and he has 24-hour care with a private nurse. Everything is going perfectly. We didn't wait that long to find a care giver that has a good match. With regards to the care, they are very nurturing and attentive. He found a good companion. It's just a good match for him.

We hired Senior Helpers for my mother. It wasn't good. Very dissatisfied. The caregivers were lazy. They were going into my mother's personal items, laying on her bed and taking a nap, sitting on their cell phone, and not making sure if she was fed properly. They didn't have somebody consistent. There were different people all the time.
