Bon Secours Home Care followed the doctor's orders after my mom was released from rehab. It was fine and we had no problems with them. The caregivers were all great. They had the nursing and therapy services and provided medication and follow-up physical exams.

Bon Secours assisted living is a very popular facility in Richmond, Va. It is very pretty although not a five star facility it does have good amenities. Most of the people working there that I came in contact with were pretty nice. I would have preferred if the rooms were like mini apartments but they were just rooms. Some looked very nice however it would have been more comfortable for him if the space was bigger. I heard of some staff not taking care of the people there that needed help like some people there needed help eating or bathing and would be neglected. My grandfather is very independent so he never had that problem. It also seemed clean in the facility which is very important to me. I am not a fan of assisted living facilities but this one was fairly decent. I would only recommend making it look more home like with bigger space for people to live in.
