They made a good schedule to accommodate. I would mention that they are very patient with their needs. They get a hold of caregivers immediately in case of emergency.

Sometimes people had a little bit of an accent that my mom couldn't understand, but in that stage of her life she wasn't hearing too well either. It was more on my mom than it was on them. We weren't able to get a consistent person coming. We were only using their services for Saturday. They were capable of getting somebody every Saturday, but I know there was a lot of trouble with finding somebody. I don't know what they did behind the scenes, but they were always able to find somebody to take care of my mom or find people to split the shift.
