The last time I needed a home health agency, we needed somebody to cook and clean because my sister had fallen and broken her back; we live in the same house. I was in tremendous pain; I was in chronic pain from my knee and some arthritis in my back. It was Bethany Home Health. They took care of me and the house; they cooked and cleaned the house, and as far as that goes, they did a good job. However, we had three different ladies that came; the first one was quite young, and we never knew if she was going to show up or not. Some days she'd be here, and some days she just wouldn't show up, and so that was a problem. We talked to them and asked them if we could have somebody who was more reliable. Another girl came, and she was very reliable and very efficient, but they called and said that her mother had a stroke and that she had to stay home. And then,one more came who was in her 60's, and she was a woman preacher. She cleaned the house and cooked and everything, but we didn’t think she should just be sitting and talking, so we were not really pleased with Bethany overall.
