The Legacy at Home is a not-for-profit home health care agency that brings Medicare Certified Home Health Care Services, Nurses, Therapists, Private Duty Nurses and Personal Care Assistants directly to your home. The Legacy at Home is part of The Legacy Senior Communities – an organization that has been serving seniors and their families in Dallas for 60 years.
