We used a different provider and we had some personal issues with them. The timing of Legacy at Home was good and so we switched over and started using them. It was also easier having them on-site. The care has been great. There's always a transition from the person needing the care to accepting people giving them the care. They used to be living independently for years and now they need people to help them. My parents are not always the easiest people to get along with so have to cycle for a few people. The people that we are with now are outstanding.

The DON IS rude and not nice. She was unprofessional and lacked empathy. The tone she used to talk with me was unprofessional…….

My parent's live at The Legacy at Willow Bend. We were really excited when the decided to form Legacy at Home and so we used it immediately. The people delivering the service have been exceptional. They are very good and well-trained. They provide a really good service and I feel the support of the management.
