My uncle was in Carter Health. I did some research, and they are number 2 in the ratings. If I call them at anytime of the day or night they are there, and they answer my calls during the day. They’re supposed to update me; the people that are on staff normally are supposed to call. They’re very in tune with the people that they have cared for, and they make sure that they’re all getting up.
