This company has only one person in the office Vanelly and although she feels she is on point she is not. Her communication skills could be improved in a major way. The company is about what makes them money not whats best for the patient. There is NO transparency at all and a lot of lying. Make sure you do your homework and ask a lot of question. Fir instance who are their sister companies and what do they do. If you need palliative care and they try insisting hospice, ask why and what company manages it. The nurse Hannah is super nice but is not informed of everything management does. At least very little. She is left in the dark because she is not informed of what is going on with the patient behind tge scenes. Hannah took care of mom vitals and was very informative of mom needs. Hannah provided as much as she could as a nurse. We loved her but she could only do so much. Beware unless you okay with doing most of the work you need to get your love one one fast and quality care. This company operates with minimum or no staff at all. Very unorganized.

We use the NULIF for nursing services right now, and they are excellent. They are consistent. They maintain communication. They are thorough. They have had the same staff for at least a year. They have had very little turnovers. They are caring. They do a good follow-up. The scheduling and billing is excellent.
