I liked that the agency is flexible when you have temporary conditions like mine. They do everything they can do to meet your needs. They are right on the phone if anyone is late or not showing. Since I had to have them, I did need help with my daily life.

I belong to Next Door Neighbor in my homeowners group, and people have asked, and I have recommended them for their elderly parents. The one working with my dad right now has totally improved his life.

There are two caregivers who are his main caregivers. They're just excellent. It's made me feel better about where he is. When I do visit, I can see that he's mostly very comfortable around them and smiling a whole lot more. They know what to do when he's being difficult.

It helps relieve stress for me. Her caregiver has been able to help her avoid a situation with another resident that wasn't good for her. I feel like their primary concern is my mom. They are very communicative about what is going on with her.
