My mothers caregiver was not helpful, she would sit around and play on her phone. We had even caught her sleeping when we showed up on two different occasions. When we tried to communicate our issues with the home office we were surprised by their lack of urgency to get us a different caregiver so we went ahead and dropped the company as of recent.
