It keeps him from having to strain to get dressed in order to leave the house. They sit with him to make sure he is safe and prevent falling. I like that they always have someone that is available to stay. They have all be very nice.

I leave a list of things that I ask them to do, and most of the time, the things don't get done. When I'm there on the weekends, I have to do a lot of those things. They should have a caregiver who is better qualified for the job.

It motivates him to shower and do some hygiene. It's hard to get him to do anything. We met with the owner. We liked him, and he was knowledgeable. They took a lot of time to evaluate. They weren't pushy.

It is nice to be able to call someone and immediately get someone out to help. My mother did like the people. They provide really great care, but it is costly, and my mother does not qualify for Medicaid.

The people were wiling to do what I needed all the time. All the people they sent me were very accommodating and easy to get along with.

I had to always pick my grandson up for school, so I had to leave him here alone, so it was comforting to have someone here with him. They were prompt on getting service. The person they sent out was really good.

If I need do go someplace, they come and stay with him while I'm going. I don't have any problems. They come on time and everything. They go ahead and do everything. Every last caregiver they've sent has been very nice.

They've made my life easier because I don't have to worry about her for a couple hours a day. Their caretakers have been very good to my mom. They get her out and motivate her. They get her out walking and shopping. They help her with showers when she needs them.

We had a lot of trouble in the beginning with finding the right caregivers for my loved. We finally got it figured out and now it's good. The caregivers, Elaine, Mary, and Alexis, clean my loved one and clean up around the house.

I thought it was easy to get started and established with them. I didn't have to worry about whether or not someone was going to be with my dad. I felt confident in the person going to see my dad. My dad had a stroke so he wasn't to do the things that he normally did. The caregivers were able to assist him with getting ready for bed, getting changed, getting up and dressed in the morning, and they helped him get his meals.

This would depend on the caregiver that we had. I like when the caregivers would listen to the specific needs of the person they were watching. Some of them would listen and do what I asked them to do. Generally, Visiting Angels would go above and beyond for their patients, but some did not. The good caregivers would go above and beyond to do things around the patient, little things that were a tremendous help to us.

They were very good. Some of the caregivers were very helpful and did things that I had left notes for saying that they needed to be done. They helped with meal preparation, helped with bathing, and helped with laundry.

Visiting Angels is personal and personable. They genuinely care and listen to their clients. They not only take care of the senior citizens that need the care but other family member that are seeking the help. We are part of the equation and they have been helpful in counseling us. The services have had a positive impact to where I am able to clean my own house instead of cleaning my parents' house. They do keep up on the house and are available to go with my parents to get groceries.

I like Visiting Angels because we'd already used one agency and ran into some trouble with them, then we found out that the services with Visiting Angels was much higher quality. Visiting Angels has made my loved one's life easier by doing what they do, by being there, by being with him, by supporting him when he moves, by not just sitting around waiting to be asked for help or told what to do, and by taking the stronger, upper hand.
