I have been working with Taylor from First Light who has been so caring and supportive of my mom’s care. The caregiver that Taylor assigned to my mom on very short notice was an absolute pleasure. My mom was very pleased with the care she received on her first night home from rehab and couldn’t say enough about her caregiver. She went above and beyond to help my mom get settled after being away from home for over a month. I live out of state but had the opportunity to meet Taylor in person while visiting my mom. Taylor has been very informative and keeping me up to date on everything. Thank you Taylor.

I don’t think this service is up to par or what seniors deserve. Very few of the ladies were polished and one did knot want to work. A parade of young women came through my home. and very few were up to the job. On two occasions a person was sent who basically ( my-age ) who had trouble walking so could not perform the duties. There was drama by two causing me to ask them to leave. I simply would not give First Light 1 star if I did not have to. I am using another firm and they are far more credible than this outfit in Murrells .Inlet. They do not send one person regularly so you you do not have to teach over and over again

The caregiver from First Light Homecare was excellent. She was very caring, very professional, and if she would call if she would be late.

I like how they made me and my father feel like family. I am very comfortable with the people who go into my father's home. Their caregivers are super professional, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We were very pleased with the care and especially the caregiver provided by FirstLight. Our Mother wanted to remain in her home in lieu of an assisted living. It was such a comfort to know she was being taken care of during her last days.
