The one I used was Comfort Keepers. I am employed, so I am away from home for almost 12 hours, and my mother had surgery, so I needed someone who could come and take care of her physical needs during the day. I contacted this agency, and they came. They would come two hours in the morning, and then before they leave, they would cook for my mother and keep the food next to her bedside, then come back in the evening and clean her up and do whatever the needs are for the evening. They have very good staff who took very good care of my mother -- very personal care -- and I adored them. They treated her like their own mom. Four of them were working, so they would take turns and come. It wasn't the same person coming, and all four of them really treated my mom so well, like, giving her shower, talking to her, massaging her feet, and stuff like that. I was very impressed. Their work ethics were excellent, especially the one name Donna. All of them were good. Everything was perfect and was done very professionally.
