Although I wish the agency itself communicated a little bit better with me about any schedule changes, my caregiver does a great job and is very punctual. She helps me with anything I ask of her and is very hardworking.

We're using Right at Home Lansdale for my wife. They have a panel of high quality, caring, competent caregivers that they've selected to provide the service. They're punctual. They all show up on time. The home office scheduling person follows up carefully with changes or if there are cancelations, they've been good about calling or texting. In general, it provided a broad range of coverage, which I have needed 24/7. They have one-on-one care for my wife who is sometimes mobile and other times isn't. It might be bedside care, it might be ambulatory, but it's just the whole variety of daily living kind of tasks.

this agency has returned my call in a timely matter and has taken care of my husband in the quickest turn around time than I have dealt with other agencies in the area. She is on time and enjoys my husband and dogs and helps more than I could image. I can call the caregiver anytime for advice or guidance and the office answers my phone calls and request right away.

I have been a client of this provider for over a year and a half. At first the service was very good but then the franchise was sold and from then on it has gone straight downhill.my current caregiver is off for four days. Cindy from the Pottstown office left a message for me to call her about care during my caregiver’s absence. As soon as I mentioned my name she informed me that a stay over replacement was not available. I agreed to a daily visit and never hear from her again so, I called and got lots of double talk but nothing else. I have paid a great deal of money and now find this service is not what it used to be. It is virtually worthless.

They promise a lot but after signing a stack of forms you never hear from them again. If they are having difficulty finding someone than they need to keep the client updated. Instead, they don't communicate and leave you hanging.

I have been acquainted with Right at Home for at least a year-and-a-half to two years now. I would highly recommend them. If people want to stay at home because they have to or whatever the reason maybe, Right at Home is the only one I would go with. They are quite sufficient in everything they do. They offer several things within the home and they can take you outside like take you shopping. It is a win-win situation with Right at Home. I really like them a lot. All the girls there in the office are all very helpful and very beneficial. I had interviewed several other agencies. Right at Home is just amazing. I have been very happy that I was able to get help when I had passed out and busted my face on the bathtub and had to be taken to the hospital. I called them right from the hospital before I got released and told them what was going on. Then they said, 'Don't worry, we'll take care of you.' The hospital said that was really good because they didn't want me to go home without having someone there, so it worked out really good. I would recommend Right at Home to anybody that needed help.

I have been using Right at Home for over a year now and it has been a blessing. They have shown me a lot of compassion, a lot of humility and a lot of self-worth. Right at Home has been on the ball. I have the greatest caretaker in the world. She goes above the call of duty. I would get a call every day, and at my age, it is a great relief knowing that someone cares enough to give you a call. They call because they care and that speaks volume right there. They take the time for you to know computers and there are exercises but they're not rushed. They're patient. I couldn't ask for a better person to come help me in my time of need. What their training is, what their forte may be, and whatever their SOP is, it is outstanding. What I have, I wouldn't trade it for the world. They're just awesome. They're the best care facility I ever have in my life. I have a nurse who is on top of her game. It is amazing. I'm impressed because every time I'm hurting or I need something, she knows. They have people skills, they show compassion and humility. It is hard to have somebody take care of you when you're older. I would recommend them to anybody. They call me every day to make sure I'm OK. I'm impressed.

Right at Home are nice people. They bathe my husband and they shave him. He's a hospice patient, and the caregiver knows how to deal with him. He has dementia and he has an amputated left leg, so they provide the necessary care that we need for him. They're good and I'm very pleased with them. They seem to be very caring. If I call them up to let them do certain things, they take care of it. Also the people that are running it are very nice.

We have been with Right at Home for three months now. They're very good, I like them, and they're very sufficient. They're pretty good all the way around. They take care of my wife and I'm very satisfied with them. They're excellent. My wife is definitely comfortable with them. If they have to go to the store for me, they go to the store. They really care and they're a very good organization. If one of the ladies gets sick or one of them can't make it, they have a replacement right away. Scheduling is very good, too.

I found myself needing to set up 24/7 care for my mother in a very short period of time. Jerry and his staff at Right at Home went right to work helping me get care in place. They took the time to come out to the home and make the entire process as easy as possible. I was so worried about leaving my Mom in the care of someone else. Right at Home has a wonderful service. When my mother-in law needed assistance with her apartment, laundry, and every moving, the care that your aides provided was invaluable. Due to hectic work and daycare schedules, we were not always available to help. It was nice knowing that her needs were met. Then our visits could be just that, visits (without all the housework).
