Family Healthcare Center needs people that are medically certified. Some of the people I had from them were just terrible and they didn't want to work. I have advanced COPD but I'm able to shower myself, etc.; however, I do need help with housecleaning because that's what I can't do. At the start, I had three people from this agency and they were very poor. They need better people than these especially when it took them about two to three months before they found a good match for me. Fortunately, the fourth girl who has just started is great. She doesn't leave or run errands on my time and she doesn't sit and text on her phone like the others I had before her. She's in her 50's but she's great. She cleans well. She does laundry. She does everything and she's really efficient. In fact, she does things that she doesn't have to do. I'm really happy with her and I trust her pretty much.
