They were caring and sensitive, and they responded in a timely manner. I like their availability, their knowledge and being able to recommend the best care and assessments of the situations. They spent time counseling and giving us and the caregiver guidance for our family.

The caregiver that we had from BrightStar Care East Columbus for my mother-in-law is wonderful. She is very respectful to her. She does everything she is asked to do and then some. She does some light housekeeping and looks after her hygiene. She also makes meals for her. She is also always upbeat and happy, and my mother-in-law really likes her.

For my son, it has given him comfort and peace. Having someone that my son likes lessens his anxiety. I think that the communication and the connection that they have with patient, nurses, and the families is better than others.

The agency was very responsive when I needed a nurse because I had trouble finding nurses at a different agency and they were able to send out qualified nurses. It makes my life easier with just the fact that other agencies are having trouble finding qualified nurses and if I can't find anybody, I can't go to work and this agency is able to find qualified nurses for me.

They are very good at getting the right people scheduled based on my needs. They are a good fit. They keep up my house and help with taking medications and meals.
