We had a nice experience with Home Helpers for our mom in Loveland, Ohio. All of us kids are out of town(I’m in Chicago) and we could count on the team at Home Helpers through my mom’s long painful battle with Alzheimer’s. The owners, the management, the schedulers, the after hours folks and most especially the caregivers(Debra, Kendra, Sheila, and Michele just to name a few) were with mom 24/7 for years. They became part of our family. No home care agency is perfect, getting started and getting to know all of the new faces is not always easy, but we felt confident that the team at Home Helpers had our backs. I would definitely recommend to families looking for care.

Their night caregivers have been fantastic—always alert, gentle, and proactive about keeping her safe. They do regular checks, help with bathroom trips, and make sure she’s comfortable without disturbing her sleep too much. Knowing someone’s there watching over her at night has given our whole family so much peace of mind. The caregivers are compassionate and reliable, and we never worry about her being alone.
