I don’t think any company that does this work could possibly be perfect… but Cindy and the team at Home Helpers were all ears anytime there were small issues and we have a great team of caregivers for long term couples care for my parents. I’m not sure what we would do without them.

We turned to Home Helpers Home Care for overnight help with my grandma, who was falling at night . Their night caregivers have been fantastic—always alert, gentle, and proactive about keeping her safe. They do regular checks, help with bathroom trips, and make sure she’s comfortable without disturbing her sleep too much. Knowing someone’s there watching over her at night has given our whole family so much peace of mind. The caregivers are compassionate and reliable, and we never worry about her being alone. Truly excellent service for overnight care.
