Cherish Healthcare has provided healthcare assistance for my father over the last several months. My father is 90 + , visually impaired with mobility challenges, and lives in an assisted living community. After a recent hospital stay he required some additional assistance and personal services, not included in assisted living. The Cherish Healthcare staff has made a significant difference in my dad’s recovery time and quality of life. With little advanced notice, Cherish Healthcare was able to provide my father with qualified resources to not only deliver specified personal care services, but also engaging companionship. The staff has been professional, courteous, and demonstrated attention to detail with focus on the welfare of my dad. Additionally, they have communicated directly with me with any questions or issues that arise. We have had an excellent experience to date. Although Cherish Healthcare has a quality staff, I recognize their CEO, Shauntel Stewart, as key to their success. She is very hands on and does unscheduled visits to clients and is readily available for questions, scheduling, issues, etc. Most importantly, Shauntel appears to set high performance expectations with her staff. She is very engaged with staffing and really goes the distance to ensure clients and their families have confidence that their family member is being given proper care and attention.

There is something special to be said about healthcare workers in general. We have learned over the years that they if they love their jobs, it shows. We have first hand witnessed the level of love and care Cherish Healthcare provides from the very first consultation Shauntel Arrived with a Million dollar Smile and a Warm heart. Former Army SGT, we knew the discipline that comes along with that. She was patient and kind, she was genuine and sweet. She helped us to understand what we could expect from Cherish Healthcare, and Man did they deliver. We had two caregivers that were always on time and professional. They were talkative and helpful to Mom who is 92 years old and hard of hearing. We knew exactly what was going on because the communication was upfront and honest. The Company is very responsive, they will answer the phone and if not they will get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. Very responsive company. We can go on and on about the great things this company has done for us and we would choose them over and over again. You will be blown away by the level of care you will receive. Frank and Barbie
