Assisting Hands provided excellent care for my family members on and off for the last few years. Even at the last minute when we needed someone, they were able to help us. Always professional and courteous service with excellent caregivers. A pleasure to work with too!

They were there on a short notice. My aunt needed two people assistance. She was in otterbein. So I needed a extra hand. There were two young women who were not real attentive , when I got there one was on her phone and the other was doing her homework, not even sitting by my aunt. The lady at night was excellent! The day time people the nursing home said were not real attentive. I would have been happy if it was home care. But the staff at Otterbien was there also. I think for $25 they should be taking care of patent and sitting by her. I was grateful for a extra set of eyes. Hope this help. I know it's hard to find good help Thank you Claudia Finkler

Assisting Hands has provided personal care and support for our elderly and disabled clients for the past 4 years. The Agency is reliable and accessible. If an issue arises, you can get help from the office 24/7. Caregivers are consistent. Highly recommended. Our go-to agency.

Assisting Hands of Cincinnati cared for my mother over her final eight months. They provided professional, caring assistance with dressing, toileting, and 'start of day' activities. The caring (I know I said that twice, but it was very impressive) that the caregivers showed toward my mother was simply outstanding. From gentle conversation, to reading her Psalms for comfort, they made my mom feel loved. As her kids, they made us feel that Mom was in good hands. I would recommend them to anyone who has a loved one that needs some extra help.
