This agency should have improved the continuum of care. This agency needs to improve their staffing.

They have been very caring and thoughtful, and they are careful with the instructions given from the doctors. I like that they are very caring, try to make you comfortable, and the care they have for each client.

Piedmont Homehealth didn't keep us waiting. In fact, a couple of weeks isn't that long and it's worth the wait. They already provided us a caregiver both for my mother and grandmother. They did sent out a good match for both of them and their caregiver is doing very well with taking good care of them. She provides them with personal and companion care. Both mom and grandmom is comfortable with her. She's been with us for four months and so far everything's doing really great! I would recommend Piedmont to anyone needing home care. They're very good providers. I've been very happy.
