We have one person that actually shows up. They need to hire a higher quality of staff. We have rotated through so many caregivers. We have had ones that did not show or ones that left early. They need to hire better quality staff. I tell them one thing and I have to tell them again, and again, and again. My dad has coverage through long-term care and because they did not document any of the care that they were providing, the long-term care insurance was denied, and we are now paying out of pocket.

I think it has been good. Maintaining the consistency of the caregiver is the most important thing. The guy that owns it, has been good to work with and the flexibility of the caregivers has been good.

My husband and children do not like me here by myself, but it doesn't bother me. I don't know how she would do with a real sick person, but that's not to say she wouldn't do fine. One positive difference was that we needed to travel out of state with my father Randall and Piedmont's regular caregiver travelled with us for several days out of state. It made all the difference in being able to make that trip and he would not have been able to make that trip otherwise. The care was consistent quality.

Piedmont Homehealth didn't keep us waiting. In fact, a couple of weeks isn't that long and it's worth the wait. They already provided us a caregiver both for my mother and grandmother. They did sent out a good match for both of them and their caregiver is doing very well with taking good care of them. She provides them with personal and companion care. Both mom and grandmom is comfortable with her. She's been with us for four months and so far everything's doing really great! I would recommend Piedmont to anyone needing home care. They're very good providers. I've been very happy.
