When my daughter was leaving the hospital after her car accident the RN discharge planner gave me a list of several agencies but also said that she had very good personal experience with attentive care when they provided care for her family member. While there were minor arrangement difficulties at first, in the end I could not ask for a more caring professional and hardworking and experienced staff and caregivers. My daughter loved her caregivers and the RN supervisor. I very highly recommend this agency.

I am a current client. I am dissatisfied. Most of the aides stay maybe 2 weeks. When I do have an aide and they are unable to come to work the office rarely gets me a substitute aide. At this point, I have been without aide services for a week. I am tired of the office saying they are trying to get an aide because it never seems to happen. They also send aides that don't have transportation to do my errands which is in my care plan. I am just praying that I don't get hurt when the aide is supposed to be here. I have a family of lawyers who say that the agency is breaking the law by not giving to the coverage that I am entitled to. I don't want to here the excuses anymore.

After researching home care agency in the area, I went with Attentive Care based on their highly trusted services. They are a locally owned and operated agency that have been in this area before most of the others. They even train their own aides! That walked my mom and I through every step of the way making it a stress free process. I have to say, there are so many agency's out there and what sold me was the fact that the owner was born and raised there, he's a private owner and so is the care they provide. Thank you Attentive Care and the wonderful aides you provide

MY mother loves her aide that has been with her for a year now. The office people are veryprofessional and caring. The registered nurse keeps the doctor and mysef infrmed about her condtion. This licensed agency is much better than the other one before. Thank you very very much for doing good things for my mom.

Left my mother alone for two days without an aide. The people they hire are unable to perform most tasks, and then they don't show up on time. The people who run the company don't know where their employees are most of the time.
